How To Participate:

From November 1st, 2006 to December 31, 2007, Regencystore.com will host this contest. You can enter online by completing the Preferred Customer Sign-Up Form. Limit one entry per person during the Contest period. Multiple entries submitted by one person are void

An on-line entrant must be the registered subscriber of the email account by which the entry is made. All entries become the automatic property of Regencystore.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcriptions of contest entry information, lost or delayed data transmission, interruption, deletion, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or on-line service, or any other error, or late, lost, or misdirected entries.

The drawing for one winner will be conducted on January 31st, 2008 by a representative of Regencystore.com by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via email and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases. The decision of the judges on all matters relating to compliance with rules shall be final and binding upon all entrants. Winner shall receive his/her prize within 60 days of confirmation of eligibility and compliance following winner notification. Total estimated retail value of prize is Rs 500/- , Regencystore.com may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

By entry into this contest, winner consents to the use of his/her name, identity and/or photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability for Participation and Publicity prior to and as condition of acceptance of a prize.
